UX and UI design and development of a new agency website to present the new BRANDED identity and launch the business in the US market.
Our brief was to design, build and host a new website to launch BRANDED’s new identity to the US market. Effective communication of BRANDED’s expertise and industry leadership was a key goal, and it was important that the website worked hard for the team with plenty of lead generation opportunities, underpinned by an easy to manage CMS to allow the marketing team to upload and edit content independently.

Our Discovery process focused on understanding BRANDED’s business and its goals for the website. Starting with an audit of their existing site to analyse usage and audience behaviours, we then undertook a period of market research and competitor analysis. From there we were in a position to recommend the most suitable CMS and then to apply our UX experience to create a site structure suited to their target audience and website goals.
The initial design process required collaboration with their third party branding and design agency to create an effective User Interface design to reflect BRANDED’s new identity, and then to design interactions and animations synonymous with the latest brand assets across the site.
The site has been built in WordPress using the Weglot plugin for translations and integrates with Hubspot.
BRANDED launched in the US market on their target date with an engaging website which effectively communicates BRANDED’s offering and works to support their marketing efforts by providing them with a vital lead generation tool. Within the first week of launching the new site, the number of visitors increased by more than 6 times that of the same week from the previous month and it has generated several new leads.
Site updates have been made simple thanks to the intuitive CMS. Most importantly, BRANDED now has a fully scalable website platform to grow with the business and we continue to work with them to develop their SEO strategy and create new features to support ongoing marketing campaigns.
Responsible for the hosting and maintenance of the website, we also provide ongoing content and development support.
